Well, neither the former nor the current wording of the "computer game" use case actually reflect the process of extracting road data from the OSM planet dump via 'osm2pgsql', compiling this into FlightGear Scenery and to distribute the result under the GPL (as we've been doing for ages). At least this is my understanding, therefore I still do sense the need for clarification.
