Hi Mathias,

The place I can most reliably reproduce this problem is on a flight between
KBOS and KJFK.  This is relatively low terrain.

When you overfly the missing tiles, your altitude and your height above
terrain is identical which suggests that the tile has been completely
removed from the tile cache (or perhaps mislocated?) but my guess is that
it's a caching problem.
