Same here - I can control the view with mouse. I can also confirm that it is not a hardware problem: my joystick is working correctly in Control Panel, and shows up correctly in Help/Joystick, although the throttle and rudder axes are shown transposed. Also Tower View and fly by views works correctly as does Gun Camera view in the Buccaneer. Further, as I said earlier, it works correctly in an earlier binary. I have tried a few things to try to track down the bug, so far I'm no closer.
