We've hit an important point - the Windows nightly installer is mature enough to receive wider testing and usage. See the following page for information and links to the installers / disk-image.
http://wiki.flightgear.org/index.php/FlightGear_Build_Server Most importantly, please test these builds, and the installers, and provide feedback about them! Future official releases will be hopefully be based on the same systems, so don't ignore problems because these are 'just for developers' - if something's not right, mention it here. (One thing on my immediate ToDo list, is to better capture the 'version' of the build - date, Hudson ID, Git hash - and make those available via properties, and hence show them in the GUI about-box, so testers can easily discover which build they're running - that should happen in the next week) At some point we'll upload the binaries to a file server / mirrors, but right now they're being served by Hudson - we'll monitor the impact of that as the build system matures.
