I have stated this before at various occasions- lawyers are able to approach an infringing party without being directly related to the trademark owner as soon as they are aware of an infringement. They simply have to seek permission to represent the trademark owner. Afterwards they can go own their own charging fees. For file sharing issues this procedure is applied daily. > 6. Way Ahead.
