I am seeing the same with another more recent version of OSG, this time self compiled, on my Vista laptop which uses Visual Studio 2008. On my desktop machine which has VS 2010, and therefore the Cmake build system, I have found it impossible to migrate to earlier (or later) versions of OSG and have to rely on the pre-compiled versions kindly made available at ftp.ihg.uni-duisburg.de. There is a reference to this effect on the forum at http://www.flightgear.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=11274&start=30#p122121. This was posted by "Zan", who I believe is the author of this, on 27 April. Thanks for the response.
