The feature to process stopways has been unavailable in TerraSync
(genapts) for a long time and has quite recently been (re- ?)added by
Ralf Gerlich. The Scenery in the GIT Base Package is a customized
version manually fined-tuned for the last release of the Base Package
and thus contains the stopways, whereas the 1.0.1 Scenery which still
makes most of what's in TerraSync has been processed at a time before
when stopways were unavailable in 'genapts'.
