Cool ! I'll figure how to interface this with the download machinery.

I think it would be best to chain the feature-specific (CS, CLC, OSM)
download tools directly to the "boxes".  Therefore I'd probably
separate the download process into two steps: First select the bounding
box, either via web form or OpenLayers box and afterwards choose the
feature.  What do you think ?
