IIRC I didn't make any changes to the local weather Nasal code and simply set up the /tmp/local_weather properties tree before starting the local weather system. It should all be fairly obvious from the GUI/dialogs/weather.xml file. Unfortunately I'm away this week so won't be able to check until Friday evening at the earliest.
