You are aware that from next year 8.33Mhz spacing is mandatory for IFR
in Europe (and already is above FL195)?

Note that they are doing something funny there. The frequency you choose
is not the frequency you send.
So if you are changing stuff to FGCOM /FG, maybe you can consider
supporting 8.33kHz spacing?
