It is an aircraft internal feed back argument: FG_PITCHRATE.

why does it go into Summer filters with FG_ELEVATOR_CMD? I know not so much about Flight control, and will appreciate your patience.

Neither do I! :-) but it goes with FG_ELEVATOR_CMD so that if the Pitch angle *try* to change too fast we give the elevator a command to inhibit that change. The result is the following: without that feedback, when you push the ELEVATOR_CMD up and down over and over and then stop, the Pitch angle keep oscillating a bit. (actually, if you change some aerodinamical coefficients (which I don't remember now), you can make it oscillate a LOT more)
with the feedback you can't make the Pitch anlge oscillate anymore.

I searched it in the JSBSim0.9.1, found that it is initialized to zero and would not be set again.

Sorry, i didn't get that. what is initialized to zero? the FG_ELEVATOR_CMD?

Has the founction of FG_PITCH_TRIM_CMD not impletmented in JSBSim yet?
and the same to FG_YAW_TRIM_CMD,FG_ROLL_TRIM_CMD.

I just don't know. does anyone knows that?
