Thanx for the comprehensive overview. I am able to choose different
aircraft now. I haven't yet changed NONE to NOSE but there's a problem with
the mouse controls: yes, I can control the rudder with holding mouse button
down, but now the regular mouse won't control the airplane! Yes, I've got
the crosshairs. For some reason the mouse doesn't work to control the
airplane anymore. What did I do wrong? I can't get my mouse back.

(On the Mac CTl-click or OPTION-click is the substitute for right-click on
a 2 button mouse.)
