Install the following rpms:

libMesaGL1-4.0.3-6mdk
libMesaGLU1-4.0.3-6mdk
libMesaGLU1-devel-4.0.3-6mdk
libMesaglut3-4.0.3-6mdk
libMesaglut3-devel-4.0.3-6mdk
Mesa-4.0.3-6mdk
Mesa-demos-4.0.3-6mdk

These are part of the standard MDK9 distribution. You only need the -devel
packages if you plan on compiling OpenGL programs, which sounds like you do.

Just follow NVidia's instructions. You will need the kernel and the
GL packages. Personally I prefer the tar.gz to the rpm files. Installing
the NVidia GL package replaces Mesa's libGL.so with NVidias so make sure you
install it *after* libMesaGL1.

This is the libMesaglut3-devel package mentioned in 1) above.

Cheers,
Bernie
