Any vehicle will drift a bit -- that's why even big jets need to be
steered actively during the takeoff roll.

I just tried the 747, and its drift was extremely slight, probably no
different than in real life.  The single-engine prop planes will pull
over harder, and the single-engine taildraggers will demand a *lot* of
rudder activity once the tailwheel lifts.
