Thanks for your reply. Ihad a freeglut as well as the
libMesagluts. I removed it, and re-ran ./configure,
then make, this time with no errors reported.
I found that, this time, it had created
.....Main/fgfs, which it did not do before.
When I did: ./fgfs --fg-root=/home/don/FlightGear-0.9,
I got this error:
./fgfs: error while loading shared libraries:
libopenal.so.0: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
In /usr/local/lib I have:
libopenal.a
libopenal.so -> /usr/local/lib/libopenal.so.0.0.7
libopenal.so.0 -> /usr/local/lib/libopenal.so.0.0.7
libopenal.so.0.0.7
Is it possible that FlightGear is looking somewhere
else for this file?
Thanks,
Don Oliver
