The fine folks at NVidia recommend that 'Load "glx"' be present.
Also insure 'Load "nv"' is removed and substituted with 'Load "nvidia"', 
like you were appearing to do above.

I had no problems with freeglut, as (I believe) plib needed it. Then I 
compiled the other prerequisite files and then fgfs and everything runs 
fine. Well, almost fine, but I'll address that in another post.
