I was there a couple of years ago. It's back when they were at the Miracle Mile Shopping Center in what I believe to be Hopkins. (crap, that area of town is dissappearing from memory, I'm no longer in Minnesota). It was ok. They were using Graphsim's F/A-18 Hornet at the time. The screens were just a monitor on top of the instrument panel. I know they have since upgraded to something with a little wider field of view. The cockpit was an F-16 cockpit (sidestick). There were no rudder pedals. The motion was simply driven by your joystick inputs. Push forward, the plane pitched forward, pull back and the plane pitched up. Roll was the same.

I just passed by one store at the Mall of America (after closing time), and
was curious what software they use.
