I've been working on the approach light structures at KSFO. They look OK in
the daytime:

But at night some of the approach lights are covered:

Anyone know the altitude of the approach lights in FlightGear? They should be
the same as the threshold, about 13 feet. They seem to be much lower here,
and are covered by the light structures.
