Yes, the capture is enabled.
As I started the carrier stuff, I intended to add some catch probability < 1
to that code. But just testing that stuff myselves by doing such carrier
landings told me that just catching the wire is way hard enough.
So, whenever the path of the hook intrsects the wire, you will catch it.
