Oh, just had a look at the nav.dat file. NZAA does not appear to be in it, so fg simply doesn't know to put any ILS or GS transmitters there. That would indicate that the info isn't in the DAFIF file. You may want to contact Robin Peal (robinp at xplane dot org) about getting the info into the sim database.
