I'm using CVS version of FG 0.9.8. Just did a
non-precision approach to NZAA using VOR-DME. Using
Franz's freq script I found VOR-DME frequency of
114.80, which gave me a good signal for both DME and
VOR receivers in Cessna (c172p). Started FG with
--airport-id=NZAA
--runway=23

I was very hesistant to attempt the approach down to
minimums (500 ft ceiling, 1 mile visability) without
having the approach plate. I did not hear any marker
beacon signals on the way in, which did not help my
apprehension. Nonetheless it was a successful
approach/landing, although without seperate
rudder/aileron control (my joystick is at home) the
crosswind landing was tricky.

Sorry, I don't know enough about all the latest
changes with navaids to speak about exactly what is
missing for KZAA. But this line is in nav.dat:

3 -37.004633 174.813631 13 11480 19.410 AA
Auckland VOR-DME
