Stephane,

Try www.airnav.com.  The page for each airport lists
"Nearby radio navigation aids" including VORs and
NDBs.   ILS frequecies are also provided.

In the Cessna 172 and 737 aircraft, you can highlight
hotspots on the instrument panel and click to change
nav1 and nav2 frequency.  Practice while on the runway
before takeoff... as AJ mentioned it's not easy doing
this while flying!
