On a 105 key UK keyboard (I don't have an American one handy to compare) the rudder controls are, on the numeric keypad, the "0/Ins" key and the "enter" key. The differential braking controls, on the other hand, which have a similar effect to the rudder on the ground (i.e. they yaw the plane) are, on the main keyboard, the ",/<" key and "./>" key. Of course, it's not at all easy to fly using the keyboard to control the rudder, but those keys ought to at least make it work as advertised...
