I don't see this (Nasal) as an option.  Sure, it can be done, but as someone 
has pointed out, you would have literally thousands instances of a Nasal 
script running at the sametime.

Perhaps one can increase some sort of tally each time the animation script is 
ran, and use the tally instead of the elapsed-sec property?
