Is this the airport? : http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=50.025718,8.555946&spn=0.093349,0.166992&t=k Google doesn't have enough photo resolution in this area to read the numbers on the south end of the runway, but it certainly looks from the layout like runway 36 should be usable and marked, even if normal operations never use the northbound direction. I've never heard of a unidirectional runway...
