Multiplayer works with -0.9.9 for windows. See here: http://www.o-schroeder.de/fg_server/ However, FGRun is a little out-of-date. Use Advanced/Networks to set the parameters, not multiplayer on the initial page. If you are using a command line interface follow the instructions.
