I have recently started to work with FlightGear. I have hooked FlightGear up to my application to send and receive properties via UDP sockets. After I have battled my ## off for the last few days, I have managed it. I have a question regarding property units and what the different properties mean - there is no 'complete' docs on what each property means and what its units are? I need to extract the following flight characteristics from FlightGear but don't know exactly which it is:
* longitudinal speed (Wx) - km/h
* ground speed (W) - km/h
* lateral speed (Wy) - km/h
* vertical speed (Wz) - km/h
* drift angle - deg
* radiometric altitude - m
* lateral acceleration - units??
* longitudinal acceleration - units??
