Hello:   This tender came to me today. With all the talent available throughout FG, perhaps we could all get together to undertake this. The proceeds would pay for the time put in, with the profit put towards FG’s future. This came to me through official diplomatic sources, but does provide a challenge. For those of you who are technically competent in these things, I am not; can I have your thoughts?
