I went and downloaded the simgear cvs source from http://www.simgear.org/ using the instructions at that site: cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/var/cvs/SimGear-0.3 login CVS passwd: guest cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/var/cvs/SimGear-0.3 co source
as well as everything else from http://flightgear.org/Downloads/source.shtml I'm planning on recompiling everything today on the laptop. I'll let you know how things go.
