Hello:
Has anybody experience in using the fgsd program on Windows XP?

I´m planning to learn Blender to contribute some buildings and the
modelling process, although may (almost certainly will) be long, seems
feasible.

But, as I am a Window user, I don't understand the process to follow to
work on the terrain.
Is it like this?: 1) get a compiler for Windows 2) compile fgsd and the
required extra programs. 3) download the terrain chunks and edit them. 4)
return the edited terrain.

Besides, and excuse my ignorance:
compiling is PC-specific?, I mean, can a compilation made by a user result
in a binary program that may be used by another person (PC)?

I would appreciate some help or reference on the terrain edit issue.

regards
Mariano Zomeño
