Does it mean that you have decent framerate now ? With what option ? Don't be afraid by the 'runway 28R missing' message. It is the default runway found at KSFO. As there is no default runway for the other airport, it always choose this one if you don't choose one. This message shouldn't prevent you to take off from LFRN
