when I used game/full screen mode flightgear would only use one
display. This would leave the other display available for other
things like displaying the Flightgear online server map. With my new
setup using game/full screen mode results in Flightgear using both
displays even if I set the geometry=1600x1200 which the resolution of a
single screen on my setup. If I turn off game/full screen then
it will use only one screen but it will have window boarders which is not
optimal.
This is a Nvidia setting. In my Windows driver settings
configuration the parameter in under DESKTOP MANAGEMENT on the WINDOWS
page. There is a checkbox to ENABLE WINDOW SPANNING ACROSS MULTIPLE
DISPLAYS as well as some options to control how a Window opens. I suspect
you have this on a do not want it.
