There are 110218 objects in the US alone. The chances are that those 
buildings are already included (although probably just with generic 
models). AFAICR the FAA listing includes all buildings over 100m high, 
and much lower ones when in close proximity to an airport.

http://fgfsdb.stockill.org/coverage.php gives you some idea of just how 
much information we have.
