Downtown Portland is a void except for the one building the Downtown Portland, 
OR helipad is on, though it's not immediately apparent which building it is 
since the I-405 Freemont Bridge (tallest building in Oregon) and the US Bank 
Tower (Second tallest building in Oregon, only a few blocks from the bridge) 
are missing, along with the rest of downtown's landmarks.
