here to get a better idea of what I'm talking about.
I'm registered as "fatty" on the AVSIM forums, don't ask why :P. Dave, I saw your response in the forums, and I'm not sure if you were referring to me in your response. But I think I would like to try creating a 757 for FlightGear.
I've used FG for about 3 months now, I love it, and I've read a few tutorials and looked through a lot of aircraft configuration files to try and figure out how to create an aircraft for Flightgear. I'm pretty sure I could make a (somewhat simple) aircraft for YASim, but I still have some things to learn about jsb.
If the 3d model is in a decent condition, I'd be happy to try writing a simple fdm for it. Also, I could try to improve the 3d model a bit, but my modeling skills are terrible, so this is probably best left to someone else. Also, keep in mind that I'm very new to FG, so I'll probably have a lot of questions :). So if you want to send me the 757 model, I'll see what I can do with it.
