Hi there, I'm about to make a model of a taxiway and apron to place in my scenery in front of a maintenance hanger at NZCH that I'm also modelling. Reason being for taxiway and apron to be modelled is that they aren't included in the default scenery.
I'm going to model it carefully so the flat areas of the apron are just centimetres above the terrain, and the short taxiway will gently slope down into the existing taxiways. My question is can I taxi onto a model placed in/above the terrain, without my aircraft looking like its wheels are digging troughs, or in the worst case, act weird and bounce or something? :-) Kind regards, Chris Wilkinson, Brisbane, Australia. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
