So what PC specs U think is required to run FG at night (for daytime i'm ok)?

This machine is not really capable of
running FlightGear by day, let alone night. I’m afraid that you need a
significantly more powerful machine, particularly the video card.

radeon 32MB, about OS i really don't know... when i say gets stucked, i mean my
PC dies, i cann't do nothing with it, and the only thing i can do is
restart it, because even the screen turns off...

What do you mean by "gets stucked"? Do you mean it
hangs? Also you need to
add more details about your runtime environment. What OS are you
running?
What video chip set does your machine have? What video driver
version are
you running? And so on.
