Those people are entitled to their opinion, despite how silly
it is.... :-)

Like Curt I've used nvidia ever since I discovered that the PC
couldn't actually look like it did on the TV game adverts unless
I had a piece of extra hardware in it. I've no complaints, other
than the pro-OSS Richard Stallman clones should just get over it,
and leave the rest of us to our high quality 3D... :-)

60fps? Wow, I'm lucky to get 30-50fps, although I am running at
1600x1200 or 2048x1536 on a 22" with a refresh rate of 85Hz.
If I run at lower resolutions it looks too blocky on a screen
that size! :-(

My prefered resolution is 1600x1200 with FSAA set to 4x9-tap
Gaussian, anisotropic set to 8/16x, and texture sharpening on.
That makes for a smooth appearance, yet not too slow framerate
on my NV6800GS...
