I just set up a pair of XP machines with the slave running the same copy of
flightgear from a shared folder on the Master PC using the Native-fdm
parameters described in this thread.
The instruments and sound on the slave are following the master but not the
outside image, which I have not tried to disable intentionally. The slave is
starting from a local copy of FGRUN which is the same revision as the
master. The only differences in the FGRUN setups I can see are for the
weather.
Do all of the parameters have to match for the screens to a) show the same
approximate weather out the window and b) for the out the window view on the
slave to update with the planes movement on the master?
A not matching does not surprise me but B not following the plane when the
sound and instruments are does.
