I'm not a lawyer, but I may have indicated I didn't have a problem with the
title. The did contact me before signing up the author. Also, they have
promised to give some portion of the proceeds back to the project, although
I have no idea in what ball park that amount will be. If it is more than
pocket change I will probably try to find a way to give it directly to the
project or project contributors.
I doubt the author/publisher will get rich with this book :-), it is
aimed to a very small group on a local market (most user of OpenSource
software will try to get the info via Internet).
Yes, typically it's a few rock stars that sell millions of copies of their
work and get rich, but most people writing books are happy to get a small
supplement to their day job income.
