You can use the FAA ATA100 data, which will give you free data of better quality than the DAFIF for US data. Not worldwide though :-( Available here: http://aviationtoolbox.org/raw_data/FAA/ATA-100/ Look for awy.dat in the latest zip file, and have fun!
