I was aware of has-gs, but hadn't noticed nav-loc.  I'll have to
investegate more.  In the mean time, I notice that ILS is always
108-111.975 MHz (1) Does that mean VORs are always above 111.975 MHz?
Too bad ICAO Annex 10 isn't available online :(

Perhaps I should test this hypothesis using grep and our navaids
database.  Or even funner, I could finally get around to importing our
navaids database into an SQLLite database...
