Gives you choice of F16 or a high-charged prop plane. Chose prop.
Gives you a limited choice of airports to start. Chose (you guessed it) Meig 
Field. This airport, made famous by Microsoft and preserved for a while just 
because of this, has been destroyed.

Controls (I wish the major sims would either standardize of let me assign) ... 
HUD instead of control panel, even for prop, but aircrafts dashboards are 
mostly unreadable in these programs so HUD is better. Throttle control has 
very course steps (pgup, pgdn).

Frame rate is like fg was no 3d acceleration or even with it on my old ati 
mach64. Means that control is difficult at best. Problem may be that this is 
being run on-line (multithreading must be done extensively and very well to 
do this!) or that only lowest common denominator graphics calls are being 
exercised. If the problem is the first alternative, I would expect the same 
response using NASA's code. Fg stores data locally and can optionally update 
is geographically using the terrasync background process (nice it!!).

Anyway, they have a "3-d warehouse" of buildings that can be downloaded and 
"shared" and to which one can contribute using their program "sketchup" (some 
of the buildings really sheinz).

As I have said, let's work together (reinventing the wheel can get very 
tedious ... and buggy).
