I like the SR71-A, but right now whenever I select the A or B versions it gives very low frame rates in the range of 1 or 2 fps. I just updated today to the latest fg/simgear/osg. The readout given was:

Model Author: Author Name Creation Date: 2005-24-06 Version: 0.1 Description: Models a SR-71 start init Initializing Nasal Electrical System However strangely once in a while it will start up just fine then if you go to external view the fps drops very low. Sometimes the fps is fine both for internal and external view for a while but after flying for sometime the fps will drop. I've noticed this happens for the B-1B and other aircraft.
