The Blackbird-SR71  A or B is not a low poly model, it has a large size 
texture, which could explain your problem , mainly if you have an old Graphic 
Card.
It was tested, mainly, with a 32 bit computer Linux based and an agp NIVIDIA 
graphics  cards 7800 GS.

With it i do not have any differences , both FG with PLIB or FG with OSG gives 
an average of 70 FPS , cockpit view or external view.
