As long as we have no way of litigating as 'FlightGear Community' (a 
foundation or other legal body who owns the rights), the formulation doesn't 
need to be 100% bullet proof. It's just there to show that we care.

Thats what 'use with permission' means. They write an email to Curt or whoever 
can make a decision in the name of the FlightGear community, asking for 
permission. Nobody will refuse it for reviews/books or other 'good' use. If 
personally in doubt we still have the mailing lists to decide the issue 
community as a whole.

To make it easier we can also define some forms of allowed use (together with 
a proper license) a priori. I.e. provide certain sets of pictures for e.g. 
press use.
