Which is OK, isn't it? We offer to spare them some work, all they have to do 
is ask. If they don't want to, they have to (legally) get pictures elsewhere. 
You can't force people to exclusively use the set of images that you provide, 
because then we're talking about censorship, something I don't want to see FG 
involved in.

This is probably only partially the fault of the reviewer. After all that's 
how FG will look to the average user...

What use is there in distributing shiny made up ad photos, if its hard for 
users to get the very same on their own screen. Its a bit of a false promise. 
Note that I'm deliberately taking very strong opposition here, to inspire 
thought. My personal opinion is not that extreme.

Anyway your solution in effect is the same that I proposed earlier (explicitly 
grant permission for certain defined uses only) :-)
