Things moved around a lot around these times do you have a lot of other 
airports in your
 /FlightGear/Airports/AI like YSSY YPDN or do you only have maybe KSFO or EHAM.
Also the traffic files moved from the Traffic folder to the Airports folder and 
now in 1.0
they are in their own AI folder

If you have other files other than KSFO have you tried creating traffic for them
