Josh, Please make sure replies go to the list, since you are on Windows XP I may not be the best person to help you. Keeping on-list will allow windows users to join in the conversation, too. Also, do not include e-mail addresses in the plain text of the reply, I get enough spam as it is without encouraging the spam-bot harvesters. That said, Start the launcher and hit the "Prev" button. That takes you to the "Select Paths" screen. You should have entries in "Executable" and "FG_ROOT" and possibly "FG_SCENERY." Make note of these three paths. My "Executable" is C:\Program Files\FlightGear\fgfs.exe My "FG_ROOT" is C:\Program Files\FlighGear\data Go to Start->Run and enter "cmd" This should bring up a command window. Type cd "C:\Program Files\FlightGear\" then fgfs --fg-root="C:\Program Files\FlighGear\data" If flightgear fails to start, paste everything that fgfs prints in that window into this e-mail.
