I disagree... all you need is a person who knows what he or she is doing but this is a sim and not just a game so of course the person saying yes to towing you makes sure you are getting taken care of. A little trick... ask the pilot "have you towed before?" if she or he then says yay... ask which plane did you use ?" If she says "storch she could be me.
